One cannot escape..

You can buy waterguns and buckets just about anywhere on the street.

Imagine walking or driving down these streets, as you can see EVERYONE is waiting to attack.

Take note of the street beginning to flood. All of this water was put there from the buckets and water guns, not a rainfall. At the end of Songkran they had pumper trucks going around to pump up the access water and put it back in the moat.
